This Comenius Project allows pupils and teachers to learn about the historical and cultural heritage of european countries. It also aims to develop the sense of identity and belonging, bringing them in contact with the richness of European History,Geography and Literature.

Pupils, from different partner schools, research information about the history and legends of the castles and palaces located in their regions.
With this project they also learn about different characteristics of the life of the knights and how it was to live in a castle.
The information will be used to build:
multimedia presentations; tourist guides; websites; leaflets; a short book with legends of different countries; different art works; small plays and roleplays, based upon the legends.
English will be used as communication language but the pupils will try to learn some basic vocabulary of their partners, as a strategy to promote the learning of foreign languages and their use in a real communicational context.
